Novel target discovery: Identifying novel targets for cancer is not new, however, majority of the cases researcher used established cancer cell lines or mouse tumors, as a result those targets do not truly represent human tumors. One of the reasons of not using the patient tumors is the availability of patients. We are in a unique position to lead the discovery of novel targets as we do have access to primary treatment naive and refractory/metastatic human cancers.
